The text, product photography, authentication notes, page design, icons, layout and arrangement published on the Site are owned by Tianjin Jiuzhuan Technology Co., Ltd. or the respective rights holders, and are protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and applicable international treaties.

Without the rights holder's prior written permission, no organisation or individual may reproduce, republish, extract, mirror, scrape, adapt or otherwise use Site content, nor use it for commercial purposes.

• Permitted: fair quotation for personal, non-commercial browsing, appreciation or research, with The LuxPik credited as the source
• Prohibited: bulk scraping of listing data, prices or sale records to build a database or offer a competing service
• Prohibited: removing, obscuring or altering watermarks, credits or rights notices in Site content

02 Trademarks and likeness rights

The LuxPik and the other marks appearing on the Site, together with their combinations, are trademarks or service marks of the Platform and its affiliates and may not be used without permission.

Third-party brand names, trademarks and logos shown on listing pages are used solely to describe the brand of the item offered for sale. They remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship, licensing or affiliation between that brand and the Platform.

Photographs of people, livestream footage and other content featuring a person's likeness are published with the relevant rights holder's authorisation. They may not be downloaded, republished or used for any purpose without the consent of both the Platform and the individual.

03 Linking

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites are operated independently, their content, services and privacy practices are outside our control, and we accept no liability for any loss arising from them.

You generally do not need our prior permission to link to the Site's home page. However, we may require a link to be removed in the following cases:

• The link uses framing or similar techniques that make Site content appear to belong to the linking party
• The linking page contains unlawful material, or content that defames or disparages the Platform or a third party
• The link creates the impression of a partnership, licence or affiliation between the linking party and the Platform

04 Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law:

• Site information is provided as it stands at the time of publication. Condition descriptions, authentication conclusions and prices may change as an item's condition or the market changes, and we do not warrant that information is current at any given moment
• We are not liable where the Site becomes unavailable or data is delayed because of force majeure, communication line failures, system maintenance, cyber-attack or third-party service outages, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly
• Disputes between users over a transaction should first be settled between the parties. If that fails, either party may ask the Platform to mediate through the process set out on the After-Sales Support page
• You are responsible for losses caused by disclosing your own password or SMS verification code, or by letting someone else use your account

05 Prohibited conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on the Site. Where it is confirmed, we may issue a warning, restrict your bidding rights, delist items, or freeze or close your account, depending on the seriousness of the conduct. Conduct amounting to a criminal offence will be referred to the competent authorities.

• Submitting false identity information, or registering or transacting under someone else's identity
• Malicious bidding, malicious purchasing, malicious complaints, or otherwise disrupting the trading order by improper means
• Using crawlers, scripts, bots or other automated programs to access the Site, or otherwise interfering with its normal operation
• Publishing material that breaks the law, infringes the rights of others or offends public decency
• Listing counterfeit goods, stolen property or items whose circulation is prohibited by law
• Evading Platform oversight or inducing users to transact offline outside the Platform

06 Governing law and jurisdiction

The formation, validity, interpretation and performance of this policy, and any dispute arising from it, are governed by the laws of mainland China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.

Disputes arising from this policy or from use of the Site should be settled amicably. Failing that, either party may bring proceedings before the competent people's court at the domicile of Tianjin Jiuzhuan Technology Co., Ltd.

07 Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as our business and the applicable law change. Revisions take effect when published on this page.

Please check this page from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after a revision means you accept the revised policy.
